Concierge Preventive Health Services for Heart, Brain, and Whole-Body Longevity

Plotline Health takes a proactive, preventative approach rather than the reactive "disease care" model of traditional medicine. We combine cutting-edge diagnostics with deeply personal care, focusing on preventing illness and optimizing wellness throughout your entire life. Our approach integrates your genetic blueprint, lifestyle, goals, and comprehensive medical work up to create a personalized roadmap for optimal health.

Our physical practice is located in Birmingham, AL. We are currently licensed in the states of AL, GA, FL, ID. We have many patients travel to us for care and can see patients from any state but those visits need to happen in the state of AL. We do all of our intake appointments in person at our office. Follow-up appointments can be virtual or in person. If you live in a state that we are not currently licensed in we can still do virtual visits but you need to be within AL state lines at the time of that visit. We are constantly expanding and will be adding new states so please let us know where you live!

We do not accept commercial insurance at this time. Most of our advanced diagnostic tests and comprehensive wellness services are not fully covered by traditional insurance. We'll work with you to understand your coverage and discuss any out-of-pocket costs upfront.

• Advanced Lab Panels: Comprehensive biomarkers and cutting-edge laboratory testing
• Specialized Imaging: Low-dose CT chest for lung cancer screening, Carotid artery ultrasound with CIMT
• Continuous Monitoring: Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGM) and wearable devices like Oura Ring

• Executive Physical Package - Our most comprehensive single evaluation including full-body MRI, genetic testing, advanced cardiac screening, lung cancer screening, and nutritionist evaluation.
• Concierge Membership - Our premium annual membership providing unlimited access to our physicians, all diagnostic testing, ongoing monitoring with wearable devices, 24/7 physician access, and continuous health optimization. All concierge patients receive a complimentary Oura ring with their membership.

We also offer specialized add-on packages for fitness assessment (including vO2 max), sleep evaluation, and enhanced nutritional counseling to further customize your care.
