Dr. Jeremy Rogers

Dr. Rogers brings nearly two decades of emergency medicine experience and a passion for preventative care.

During his nearly 20 year career in emergency medicine, Dr. Jeremy Rogers has helped many critically ill and injured patients but has witnessed the limitations of conventional medicine firsthand. He firmly believes there’s a better way to practice medicine—one that prevents disease rather than merely reacting to it. His focus is on cardiovascular disease, metabolic health, nutritional biochemistry, and fitness, aiming to address the root causes of disease. His mission is to help patients set ambitious goals to optimize their healthspan rather than just lifespan.

Dr. Rogers is a native of Birmingham, Alabama and currently resides in Trussville, with his wife. A graduate of Birmingham-Southern College, he earned his Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Alabama School of Medicine and completed his residency training in emergency medicine at Christiana Care Health System in Newark, Delaware. Dr. Rogers is certified as a Diplomate by the American Board of Emergency Medicine and is a fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP). He has held various leadership roles, including medical director and assistant medical directorships of multiple emergency departments, served as a hospital administrator, President of the Alabama Chapter of ACEP, and President of the Emergency Medicine Residency Association (EMRA). In 2008, Dr. Rogers was honored as a “Hero of Emergency Medicine” by ACEP.
